"I’m a South African turned Ulster girl who loves to cook, explore new ingredients, while enjoying nothing better than a great meal with a glass of good vino. Wife to the best guy ever, a local, Patrick we live in South Down within arm’s reach of some of the best local farms and producers.
Having returned from 5 years in Southern Italy, my menus are inspired by the seasons, locality, tastes and global impact. I consider myself a Foodie, Culinarian, Chef and Wine Lover with over two decades of experience in Southern Africa and London.
Through my career I have always stuck to my roots of honest delicious food. I love seeing people happy, satisfied and relaxed after a great meal."
